General FAQ’s:
How do I book a tour and what is the process for booking?
You book a tour on the website through the “Book Now” form at the bottom of every tour page. Enter your details in the form and we will email you with the quotation with two business days (48 hours). After receiving the quotation, and upon confirming, you will receive a payment link in your email to pre-book your tour. More details will follow shortly after through email.
When is the best time to book a tour?
The earlier the better. We recommend at least a month in advance to get a good rate and guarantee availability.
How do I cancel a trip after booking?
Please refer back to our cancelation policy.
Private Jet FAQ’s:
Can I arrive to Egypt on my own private jet?
Yes. If you have a private jet and would prefer to fly directly to Egypt, we can assist in airport clearances and provide transportation upon arriving at the airport. One of our specialized trip consultants can help you to customize your trip after answering a few questions to ensure a seamless arrival.
Do you provide private jets?
Yes. While booking your tour, you can select the private jet option and we will provide you with a private jet and send you the quotation for it. All of our jets are provided from our partners - who are leaders in the industry - and are all catered by the Four Seasons Hotel.
Will someone meet us at the airport?
Of course, we provide meet and assist at the VIP lounge in the airport. You will be greeted by our professional staff as they do the necessary arrival process while you relax and enjoy a fresh juice.
Yacht FAQ’s:
If I decided at any point to extend my yacht nights and or nights in Cairo, will I be able to?
Yacht nights could be extended depending on the availability of the yacht and fresh water supply. As for extending your nights in Cairo, for sure we can accommodate that, keeping in mind the short notice and the hotel rate.
If I have a special requests (food, alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks, cigars..)?
Prior to booking, we will send you a preference application, where you can mention any special request you might have or need, and we will do our best to accommodate it. However, if there is any item that we are unable to accommodate, we will write you back with the item(s).
Cairo Trip FAQ’s:
Do you provide tour guides for different languages?
Yes, we do have English, Italian, Spanish, German, French and Japanese speaking tour guides. However, should you require another language, we will be more than happy to assist you with and find you a tour guide.
What if I want to plan my own trip (number of days aboard the yacht, Cairo..etc)?
We will be more than happy to help you in customizing your trip. Kindly contact us and send a request and we will customize a trip to your liking.
